The question to be reconsidered: Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 344(FIN) An Act authorizing a land exchange between the Department of Natural Resources and Alaska Hardrock, Inc.; approving a long-term lease of certain Alaska Railroad Corporation land at Healy; and providing for an effective date pass the Senate? The roll was taken with the following result: 2000-04-27 Senate Journal Page 3555 HB 344 CSHB 344(FIN) Third Reading - On Reconsideration Effective Date YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly Pete, Kelly Tim, Leman, Lincoln, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Senator Pearce changed from Nay to Yea. and so, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 344(FIN) passed the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
